1. Subscription Payments
Our services are offered on a subscription basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually). All subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started. We encourage users to try our demo or speak with our team before purchasing a plan.
2. No Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds for unused time, downgraded plans, or early cancellations during an active subscription period.
3. Free Trial (If Applicable)
If we offer a free trial, you are encouraged to use it to explore the platform before committing to a paid subscription. Refunds will not be issued for payments made after the trial period ends.
4. Technical Issues
If you face a technical issue that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable time, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, based on management's review. You must report the issue within 7 days of payment.
5. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Cancellation will stop the next billing cycle, but the current period will remain active until it ends.
