To access our full services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for updating your account details to keep them accurate.

Access to premium features requires a paid subscription. All fees are billed as per the plan selected and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice.

All content, software, and services provided by Thaliahub are our intellectual property. You may not copy, resell, or modify any part of the platform without written permission.

Your data is processed according to our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your restaurant’s data, and we will never sell or misuse it.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. You may also cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

We strive for high reliability, but we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use our services.

We may update these Terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we’ll notify you via email or through the dashboard.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Kerala.
